Central heating not working, hot water is

Cool, I'll go and have a work with them tomorrow, I can't remember how much the unit was but I don't remember it being hugely expensive. Thank you both very much for your assistance :D

The valve looks very similar to the Honeywell.

It may be one of the cheap look alikes and its quite possible a replacement head made to fit a Honeywell will fit yours.

I have not followed your description. Does the motor turn when off the valve?

Does the shaft of the valve move easily?

In the htg only mode you should have 240v on the white, grey, and orange.
