I'd like to measure and record the pressure of the water in my central heating system. Can anyone recommend a pressure gauge that can be read electronically (with a microcontroller or similar?)

The Hall effect pressure gauges used in Vaillant and other boilers have a 5v supply and an offset out put of about 1v at zero and 4v at 3 Bar.

If you can use an ADC and set up an offset then you will get what you are asking for.

Reminds me of those who get the latest phones and just use them to play games! I see them all the time in the tube!
