Try 'bleeding' the air out. Open the little valve at the top of the rad' (special key used which if you don't have one, are available from DIY shops)this will allow the air to escape,you might need to let a little water through as well so have some towels handy.

beg to differ..an airlock will cause the radiator to be cold at the top...could be sediment in the rad....or try closing the lockshield valve a touch

yep I agree - I have slidge in systems meanign the water cannot circulate properly, drain systems refill with furnox, run for three days and flush again.
