CH layout of cold fill and vent pipe

Fudge me kid............................I'm already at the limit of my computer skills, if you can wait about 10 years I'm hopeful that my knowledge base will have expanded to a point where I am able to to do just that!

To be honest, I don't think the diagram will be necessary cos the system seems straightforward now you have explained the piping sequence.

BUT, If you could explain about this 'restrictor' valve in the HW return, am I going to have to adjust it? is it a preset thing? is it just a gate valve or a spefic unit? what is it's job?

Also, does the feed pipe need to be in 22mm cos it's only 15 at the moment ( whole system installed in early 70's)

Thanks for your help
Steve

That's the email

No, that was a Private message not an email.

You need a drawing even if it's so you/we understand the system better..

I don't know what you have or why, swapping a couple of drawing is simple and cuts out any problems.

PM/ email same difference why split hairs?, but that don't change the fact that I told you I don't have the ability to PM/Email you a diagram, so you couldn't expect one (I appreciate the sense of a diagram exchange), it don't change the fact that I asked you a couple of questions that you didn't answer. Hey, ho

I didn't answer the question because it isn't clear.

An email goes straight to my computer, and I can do a drawing and modify it according to your answers.

But as you say Hey Ho, I have plenty of work to be getting on with.
