I have an open CH system (connected to an indirect HW cylinder) & I have recently changed our bathroom radiator for a towel warmer.

The towel warmer has been plumbed in for 2 weeks now, however yesterday I became aware of a new noise coming from the pump.

It's sort of a squeaking noise with a pulse and the frequency of the pulse increases and decreases. The system seems to be working fine (i.e. all rads are hot all over and hot water is OK).

It sounds as if it's something rubbing in the pump housing. I have searched on here and seen that bleeding may help, which I will look at when I get home, but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

Many thanks
