can anyone assist with the following please?
When the boiler is just on CH it runs almost silently and works exactly as it should do.
When the DHW is used (regardless of CH being on) it starts quietly and then after 30 seconds or so starts a horrible moaning noise as though something is vibrating violently inside.
BG came out last week re taking it on on their service contract but have said they do not have the parts to service it. It is 10 yrs old I believe.
Any advice greatly received.
