Can anyone suggest a retailer of this toilet fill valve?

Have had 2 of these simultaneously stop working, does anyone know who stocks this valve in uk

No,but you don't need a like for like replacement. You could use a Torbeck or maybe even a Fluidmaster bottom entry valve instead.

I think it could be a armitage shanks, but only really need the internals or even a just a washer

yes thats possibly true. B n Q do the washer for this- £1.78. Bought one last week. It is a diaphragm washer with a red plastic insert.
