Changing 3 Way valve Combi

Can a plumber replace a 3 way valve on a combi or must I use a Corgi Registered engineer.

You don't need to be Corgi regd if you aren't disturbing the gas, air ways, case seals, flue, safety controls etc.
Then it depends on the boiler and the plumber!
