I need to change the PCB in a Worcester 24i Junior boiler. I have got the PCB and have a good amount of electrical knowledge but not much with boilers. Is this something that is a disconnect then reconnect the new PCB or is it a little more complicated than this.
Cheers
Stig

What does it say in the manufacturers instructions? If there are any adjustments which affect the gas consumption, gas rate etc then you should not be diying it, as you would need test equipment to check performance afterwards.

Why do you have this burning "need" to change the PCB in this boiler?

Whose boiler is it anyway?

Althoug pcb's do fail sometimes, in the majority of cases they are changed as a result of a flawed diagnosis of the fault.
What makes you think the board died?
