changing radiator valves.

i think i may have a radiator with the valves on the wrong ends. the trv is to the right of the rad but the left hand side with the lock valve is the warmer.

if i am correct, i will need to reverse the positions of the trv and lock valves.
how do i complete this task?

the trv maybe bi-directional.
does the rad work ok?

have a look at the trv's body has it any arrows ?
