Hi !
This is a cry for help, I have a chappee 4826 stove, or it could also be considered to be a range cooker. I have no paperwork for it & desperately need to find out the KW output for this stove. Any documentation anyone has for this stove would be greatly appreciated!!

many thanks

Ashley

looks like it is a coal burner, French, seems like some of that make were exported to US. Not found anything about your model, the Chappée 4826, but warnings not to run them on max power for long

It looks like it is mostly intended as a cooking range rather than a room heater.

Make sure you have a Co alarm, permanent ventilation and the chimney is swept and you get a certificate for the sweeping. If you don't and there is an incident your house structure and contents insurance may be invalid. The insurers are keen now on this because of all the solid fuel appliances that are now out there.
