Chasing condensate pipe in to wall

Hey is it ok to chase a condensate pipe in to the wall to run about 2meters. It would then come back out of the wall chase and connect in to the bath waste concealed by the bath panel. The total run of the 22mm condensate pipe from the boiler would be about 2.5 / 3 meters.
 
No probs, just make sure you put a good fall in it. And i wouldn't bury any joints in the wall, overflow will bend with a bender or heat it.
