I have a cherry blossom tree in my garden and it seems to be dying some of the branches are completely bare and the others have a small amount of blossom that seems to be getting less every year, I don't know how old it is I have been here 22 years and it was here when I moved in.

would be grateful for any advise please.

Not enough information. Assume it's an ornamental cherry? Where is it planted - aspect, soil type? Does it get waterlogged/subject to drought? Have you had late hard frosts? Any pests on it - insect or fungal? Does it produce leaves on the branches with no blossom? Have you pruned it/cut it back? Do you feed it? On one of the bare branches, try snapping one of the smaller twigs and see if it's dead or alive.
