Child Seat

I was in a cafe and saw this neat arrngement of a seat for a child. I do some work in a church and this would be ideal for them but I don't have a clue what it is called, who makes it, or where to buy it.
I'd really appreciate any pointers to where I can get some of these.

Thanks Mottie. The term "Adult and child toilet seat" is what I needed. I have found a few places that sell them.
(I also agree about the need for a step
