Choose of 2 boilers, A bit of guidance if possible

Could anyone offer there advice, im about to buy a new boiler and was going to go for an ideal isar 24he condensing boiler from local plumbers mechants for £540 with no flue, gone in today to pick it up and they have offered me a Baxi Potterton Main 24he condensing combi boiler with flue for £520 so any opinions of what one to go for.
