I'm considering installing a back to wall toilet with a concealed cistern. The cistern would have to be installed in an airing cupboard. Anyone forsee any problems with this? The airing cupboard contains the boiler and hot water tank so is quite warm.

access to replace working parts in cistern.

I suppose you will get bacterial and fungal growth in the water.

You can get cistern bleach blocks, but they are safer used when the fill valve is side-entry not bottom entry as they shorten the life of the "rubber" sealing washer.
