Clamp light for a reasonable price?

This isn't really DIY, but I'm at my wits' end. I want to buy a shelf-clamping spotlight, like this one but without the ludicrous price tag. Lidl was selling some but my local branch was sold out by 9am this morning. Focus/B&Q/etc. just don't seem to sell this sort of thing.

Can anyone help?
