Cleaning mould behind kitchen cabinets

My combi boiler is attached to an adjoining wall, with the flue, overflow etc going out the external wall.

We noticed a damp/foisty smell in the cupboards and when I went investigating, found that the wall in which the boiler is attached to had a damp patch below it and white mould.

All the pipe work is visible and I can't see anything leaking so looked outside and can see the brickwork between my neighbours and I, is looking like a possible cause.

Fingers crossed that'll be confirmed tomorrow but I need a way to clean the mould once it has been resolved without removing the cabinet/worktops.

I pulled part of the kick plate and it generally looks dry under there but you can see what looks like white mould on the wall.

I've been spraying white vinegar on the damp patch I can access and scrubbing it away but as the underlying issue hasn't been resolved, it's coming back quickly.

I've got dehumidifiers in place to try and draw the moisture away.

FYI, the felted section looks like it's all the neighbours but it's partially mine, which I think caused confusion when it was pointed last year.

Any suggestions?
