Cleaning ronseal off bricks and mortar

I have used this to paint the wooden sections of my wall:

I had a damp cloth that I was using to wipe any paint drops but struggled to get in the nooks and crooks.

Can you please advise how the remaining paint can be removed from the bricks and mortar without damaging them. I have engineering bricks on the top layer of the wall.
