Clearing the Garage again

Hello All

Im clearing the garage properly this time. I have so much money sitting there but a lot is now useless and I doubt if I will ever use again.

One thing that springs to mind is Acoustic Blue Marley SVP fittings to me they are useless to someone else they may be useful. Must be worth a bit but I can see them going in the bin.

Does anyone else have this Problem? and how do you deal with it.

Ebay for stuff light enough to post, or popular enough that someone might collect, or put on the supermart small-ad board. A good description and photo is essential.

Whatever doesn't sell, put on Freegle in small bundles.

i get annoyed by traders snapping up the best stuff free, I prefer to help people in need, so ask them to text you re collection. If the same number keeps coming up, it's a trader (they hide behind multiple user names).

For clothes that have a value, I say the person wanting them must try on before collecting.

People starting up a home will even want saucepans, old lawn mower, set of screwdrivers and paint brushes. There's a lot of people on hard times.

try not to put a large mixed lot on, in one day, as that will attract spivs

Wait for end-of-day replies when people get in from work and read the digest.

Curiously short impersonal replies "Hello can I have it please call me" will be bots.
