Clothes Dryer Blowing Fuse

My Kenmore clothes dryer that I've had for 9 years recently has been blowing a fuse. The tumbling motor will continue but the heat stops. The dryer is connected to 2, 30amp time delayed fuses. I've changed the fuse several times and the problem continues. Once the dryer heat stopped and the tumbling continued regardless of the timer so, the timer was somehow affected as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
