FWIW, I PAT tested a couple of C13 IEC cables (with moulded plugs) and got ****poor Earth Bond readings. I chopped the plugs off, fitted new, and retested; values were more like that which I would have expected. Although marked 0.75mm, the cables felt more like 0.5, so I played safe and binned them! I will be keeping a very close eye on the cloverleafs as well, now.
