CM67 Honeywell Thermostat - HOw exactly do you program this thing??

Hi all. Moved into a property and unlike my last thermostate that was very simple timer...turn on and X and turn off at Y everyday. This one seems to have its own mind... can someone pleease explain how to program it so that it will activate at maybe 3-4am and turn off at 10am in the morning?

No matter what I do it seems to do its own thing half the time...

Ahh yeah that's the one. It looks like herbew to me, I'm gonna have to go through that and see if I can figure it out! THank you
