Coal cellar plate.

We are trying to find a metal plate to cover the chute into the coal cellar. It has to be able to stand being walked on as it is on the pavement and we need to be able to secure it from the inside. Does anyone know of a supplier.
Also need a drain cover for a raised drain 32" x 15".

Why not try a local garage - they'll probably be able to weld up a frame with a lockable plate for you.
