Cold upstairs radiators needing constant bleeding

Thanks - shall get pump and actuator details and post tomorrow.

Re the white pipe to the radiators - very confused - I thought that since there's 2 pipes to each radiator, there'd be 2 pipes to the main 22mm pipes - is there another one that I'm missing? :confused:

Shall hunt for the drain tonight also.
