Cold Upstairs Radiators.

Have drained down and refilled system after fitting New rad downstairs.

Downstairs Radiators all hot but both upstairs ones cold.

Combi Boiler, both radiators valves working fine and fully open. No air in system as fully bled radiators when refilling system.

Any Help or ideas would be appreciated !

try turning valves off on ones that are working this should "purge" them clear
