Combi 24 HE - no hot water - HELP

Hi

My hot water had been erratic last few days. It goes off when I'm taking a shower but play with the taps and let it run and it usually comes back on.

However today it has completely gone. The flame failure light flashes (around 2 per second) when I turn on the hot water. I tried checking the heater as well - no heating.

The pressure looks okay (at 1 bar when not in use).

What do you think the problem is? The boiler is a Baxi Combi 24 HE. Thanks.

There are many possible causes but without being at the boiler they would only be guesses!
