combi 30HE fault

hi can anyone point me in the right direction

i have combi 30he boiler which keeps turning itself off. the first two warning lights (flame failure/condensate)and (safety thermostat) flash. i can reset the boiler and it will run for another 10 -20 mins before producing the same two error lights and switching off again.

because i have two error lights i am not sure were to look first.

any help would be greatly appreciated
