combi 30 he problem

hi can anyone point me in the right direction

i have combi 30he boiler which keeps turning the first two warning lights (flame failure/condensate)and (safety thermostat) flash. i can reset the boiler but the same two error lights came on again and again

because i have two error lights i am not sure were to look first.


any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked that the condensate outlet pipe is not blocked?

Ditto sounds like the Condensate water is not getting away, if the boiler drains to a branch in your kitchen sink waste, check here for blockage first, make sure you have a container to catch a considerable amount of water though!!

Have you had a look at the user's manual to see what that combination of lightsis telling you?
Is it the Main 30 HE btw? If not which Manu' is it?
