Hiya. Ive got a Vaillant ecotec plus combi boiler installed about 5 years ago. The problem im getting is that hot water heating only triggers when there's a fully open hot water flow, what is a problem because ive got mixer taps all around the house. I have read about replacing diaphragm, but is there any way to adjust it/make it more sensitive, as the problem existed since the boiler was installed.

Combi boiler hot water often not triggering

These don't have a diaphragm. They work when water is flowing through a turbine. Do you know what your flow rate is?
