Combi Boiler - HW heats up Rads

I have a Baki 80 Eco Gas combination boiler.

Its been very loud since we move in about a year ago - when we are running hot water we are finding that the radiators are also heating up.

The water remains cold for several minutes and we can only get water hot enough to bath in upstairs if we have it on a trickle.

Thanks - i'm off to bully my landlord on monday to get it replaced!
