We’ve got a pottertton combi 28 he boiler. I’ve noticed the pressure on it fluctuates. Friday it was up at 1.3 bar, Saturday it was 1.1, Sunday was 1.2 and today back at 1.3. This sort of behavior has been happening last couple of months however this is only since I’ve noticed it.

Is variations normal even without the heating on? I know the weather has been up and down lately temperature wise no idea if that could cause it. Nothing is leaking

Ignore it.
It'll change when the pump goes on & off - that's used for the HW as well as CH.
Then the heating of the bits when the HW comes on will raise the pressure a little, and fade off slowly.
Next service, get the Pressure Vessel checked.
