Combi Boiler Water Pressure Drop

Hi there,
i have a Ferroli Hawk 2 combi boiler (10 yrs old) that is losing water pressure through the pressure relief valve. The pressure loss is quite considerable : upto 1 bar every hour of operation. But the pressure on the gauge does not go above 2 bar.

I had a new expansion vessel and pressure relief valve fitted less than 12 months ago.

Apart from that the boiler seems to work ok.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Replace prv, repressurise pressure vessel. See "boiler Pressure Problems " in the faq section.
