Sorry for being dence, but I have a question. I have a Worcester combi boiler. Whenever I turn the hot tap on the water it warm but the little water dial on the boiler pictured is off. If I always have hot water what is the purpose of the dial with the tap beside it? Apologies in advance

Your other dial is radiator temp and this is set to frost protection, my old boiler had an ECO setting for both water and rad temp but it was never down at the bottom.
I would turn both up to half way and see how you get on.
