If you where doing plumbing work for a customer while they were on holiday. For a week after finishing would you turn the water off in the house after testing or leave on?

If nobody there, I’d suggest turning it off, just in case.

I advise all my customers to turn off their water mains while they are on holiday, so when you leave, turn it off. Send them a text or give them a call letting you know what you have done and how they can turn it on when they get home.

Also make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked.

Why has the word 'shut' being blocked out??

Ok, I went back into it and I typed $h1t for some reason! So change it to shut.
