I want to hang a basin on a new structural wall next to a bedroom. The wall hasn't been built yet and could be either timber frame or masonry.
1. Will it be much easier to conceal the plumbing within a timber frame wall and keep the noise isolated from the adjacent bedroom?
2. From a combi boiler, can I run the hot water pipe above the ceiling and down inside the wall behind the basin?
3. Are there pressure reducers/regulators for basin taps in order to keep the noise down?
