What is the required fall of condensate pipework if ran in 1.5inch pipe? Is it 44mm per meter?

Is that just for 22mm condensate pipework then?

Yup, the optimum for any waste pipe is 45mm. The regs ask for a min of 20mm to a max of 90mm, in the middle is the best IMO or as suggested, the manufacturers requirements.

Middle would be 55mm </pedantry> ;-)

Steeper fall might be better to prevent icing and it's not carrying solids.
