hi - the electric shower has a plastic pipe for conection. A 15mm ferral slips over it fine. My question is whether it's okay to use a brass 90' piece and connect to the copper pip with a standard nut & ferral and connect to the plastic pipe of the shower unit with a metal nut & ferral onto that plastic pipe....

or is there a better way of doing this?

Water pipe comes thru wall straight out. Pipe for shower unit sits parallel to the wall - hence the reason for the 90' bend.
