Connection to concealed cistern

What connection do I need to connect to the plastic thread on the side of my new concealed cistern? I think the thread is 15mm. Would a female elbow do the trick?

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with the angled service valve. Will make repairing the cistern WHEN it breaks much easier.
