Hi all,
in the process of fitting out two bathrooms (first floor) following an extension to my own place. Each bathroom will have a bath, shower cubicle, wc and basin. I have arranged the drainage so that I have a separate internal vertical stack for each bathroom.
Regarding connection of the basin, bath and shower wastes; what would you consider the optimum way to connect to the stacks? I am keeping the wastes separate ( the runs are quite short and will be concealed)
I am considering a manifold (similar to this http://www.screwfix.com/prods/40832/Plumbing/Soil-Vent/Waste-Manifold-Black-SP588 ) attached approx 400mm below the wc branch which will accept the wastes separately.
Would this be a better option than connection via a short boss pipe ?
(which would be in the same location as the manifold )
any opinions would be welcomed
many thanks
jeff
