We have double UVPC conservatory doors that open outwards. They do not have restrictors and swing in the wind. I have tried to find some friction restrictors for them, but as they are an older design (about 22 years old) and not Euro profile, I am struggling to find any that will fit.

Can anyone suggest some, other than simply using hooks to hold them open at 90 degrees to the wall?

Thank you.

Is that because you don't have a channel to fit them into. Is so have you thought about adapting a shoot bolt.

There is a channel, but it is very shallow and not, as far as I know, Euro channel. We did have restraining hooks holding them to the wall, but it would be nice to hold them partially open.
