No DHW pump turns ok, CH works, motorised valve turns with fingers Programmer has very loose slider for DHW could this be the problem? Boiler is a Potterton Suprima 80, programmer is a Potterton EP2000. I have managed to get DHW by setting room thermostat to max and removing motorised valve head and setting valve position to HW and firing up boiler for CH, I have turned it off after the tank has heated up! Does it sound like the Programmer is at fault?

Any help appreciated!

Just remembered neighbours have same programmer substituted and found mine was faulty!

Sorry to bother you!
