Converting CH radiator to dual fuel

Is it possible to add a dual fuel element to any CH radiator or can you only convert types of CH radiators?

I'm interested in the following, and when I rang up, the lady said all of their CH radiators can have electric elements added to them, but the description says that it's a CH version.

You can add an electric element to this.

Yes, an element will fit this rad. You will need an elbow as well as the element.
