Following another thread, note the warning label on the earth block. 
They should then be penalised some of those points for scrawling on the switch instead of using a proper label.Points for whoever did change it round as there is

Yes, I also noticed that. It remains the case that I have personally never seen it done (in a situation like that) - and I think that photo illustrates well how ridiculously unnecessary it is in that sort of situation!Following another thread, note the warning label on the earth block.
