Fitted a cooker hood, manual suggests 150mm ducting.
Ducting will go through the ceiling and vent through the roof vertically.
I can get 150mm round ducting and the connectors.

But how to and what to use to get it through the roof and to seal against ingress?
Tiles are clay Double Roman.
Don't want to use the

Can get a lead tile with 5" (155mm) hole but I need 160mm pipe and adaptor to sleeve to 150mm and a 160mm mushroom cowl?
Can not find a 160mm weathering collar only 110mm.
Don't feel like buying 3m length of 160 pipe to use 300mm of it.
Mushroom cowls are only available for 110mm pipe.?
There are 150mm cowls but not sure how to seal against ingress?

Don't want to use the rectangular plastic vents, as I have two extractor fans venting through 110mm lead slates.

There are these roof vents:

Any advice please.
