Hi all
So we have just installed our new kitchen which is at the rear extension of the house.

I have a 80cm Elica Canopy cooker hood
Unfortunately no access for the ducting to go horizontally and out through a wall, has to be through the roof.
The roof is a low pitch roof, approx 12* degrees.

I have researched and found that the recommended ducting size is 150mm.

So i ordered the Low Pitch Ubbink UB35 150mm Black Multivent Terminal - Tile & Slate from roofing superstore.

It arrived, but wow
This thing is huge and would look extremely ugly ontop of the kitchen extension roof.

Please for the love of god, could someone recommend me something better.
It actually looks like it could fire you to the moon. (See attached pics)

I am struggling to find a normal roof cowl which is 150mm.

150mm is more scarce than 100mm ducting, so your choices are limited. I doubt you'll find anything that is likely to win any beauty competitions.

12 degree pitch? What is on the roof?

Just the tile slates.
