Hello

I want to prepare an old concrete slab for floor tiles. It is a bare slab, not a screed. Half of it is 5mm below where I want it to be. The other half is 20mm lower.

I was planning to paint all of it with sika rapid dpm. Fix 20mm marmox or similar with flex tile adhesive to the low half. Electric UFH mat across the lot then 5mm self levelling compound (Setcrete or similar).

Not sure if this is the correct order and if each layer is compatible with the next. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
