Ever since we moved in to our house a few years ago the garage roof has leaked in several places.

It is a metal framed garage with corrugated metal roof. The roof looks to be in good shape, no rust etc so I don't really want to replace it.

I think the water is coming in where one piece of corrugated metal meets the next. Is there some sort of sealant I can use to stop the leaks?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also any tips for getting up there safely?

there are a few products.
Fibre based like acripol, very sticker and messy but effective.
Liquid rubber, better as it flexes with any movement and water based.
Used plank on a roof recently, but much better with two.

That's great, thanks oldbutgood.

Anybody know where I can buy any of this stuff from though? I've had a look round the web and can't find anything.

Cheers,

Chris
