corsa b 1.0 t reg

i have this t reg 1.0 corsa, it runs fine on idle but I don't seem to be able to get a vacuum reading. on full throttle she lacks power, but does seem to pick up. I am suspecting some kind of air starvation or vacumn leak from somewhere. the plugs are showing good signs of combustion.
any ideas as to where to look. I am thinking the throttle body is naf. I connected my vacuum gauge the the fpr and got no reading, so I took off the air box off and put my hand over the throttle housing mouth and there was plenty of vacuum, I even got a reading. what is the best way to track down the problem

well that was a great help, just in case anyone reads this and has the same problem, it turns out to be just a blocked injector, she has found her power and runs fine now, I hope
its a shame no one could give any comments.
