hi there had to take my rocker cover off to clean it so thought to take pic while it off,just wanting to find out if everything is ok going bye the pic, thanks
The timing chain is around the sprockets that are on the end of the camshafts. You can see both camshafts running the length of the engine (lobes on them).
The chain pensioner will be down the run of the chain, somewhere between the top and the bottom of the engine. Cant see it from the top, unless you peep down alongside the chain.

Just keep the oil change at the correct interval. Some people like to add an oil additive especially if the engine has high miles.
Consider a Haynes manual for the car, if you have the interest.
I've often wondered - how on earth did we change those plugs without a magnetic plug socket?
Nothing of alarm about the pic - probably best to use a new gasket though.

re.Burnerman" i got a new rocker cover gasket for it just got round to cleaning rocker cover cause of the short journeys i do in the corsa c,theres no sign of any of that stuff a cleared from it
